program provides opportunities to receive a graduate degree while serving in the Peace Corps. Portland State
University offers the one PCMI program in our region, in the fields of Environmental Management,
Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Sociology, and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. You
must be accepted to both the academic program and Peace Corps in order to particiate in PCMI. |

Arizona State University. Peace Corps Coverdell Fellows Program.
The Paul D. Coverdell Fellows Program at ASU assists Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs) in obtaining
an affordable or nearly free master’s degree in several programs. Ten fellowships are available per year.
If chosen as a Coverdell Fellow: a) You will receive substantial or complete tuition assistance, depending
on the degree program you choose, b) A master’s degree that will enhance your earning power and marketability
with employers, and c) You will provide much-needed assistance to underserved American communities.
